The addition of rice wine vinegar and green onions put an Asian spin on the typical mixed green salad.

We Provide
  • 3 Oz. mixed baby greens
  • 1 Oz. Raisins
  • 1 Oz. Almonds
  • 2 Green Onions
  • 1 Clove Garlic
  • 2 Tablespoons Rice Wine Vinegar
You Provide
  • 1 Tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper
  • Salad bowl

Step 1

Press, or finely chop, the clove of garlic into the salad bowl.

Step 2

Thinly slice the green onions, add to the salad bowl with garlic and cover with 1 tablespoon olive oil.

Step 3

Add baby greens to bowl and toss to incorporate the oil and garlic.

Step 4


Add raisins, almonds, salt, pepper and rice wine vinegar (to taste, a full 2 tablespoons might be to much)to the salad bowl and toss until combined.
