How can I sign up to for a food box membership on ThePantrySB?

All orders are processed through our website. Click on the Membership Button and select the Meal and Serving Size options on ThePantrySB food box membership page. Continue by clicking the Sign Up button and filling out the billing and shipping information. Easy as that! Due to packaging and delivery requirements, your first delivery does take a week to process.

 

What if I don’t know how to dice, chop, sear or roast?

Every recipe on ThePantrySB.com comes with a free video of our very own test kitchen preparing the very same meal delivered to you. All you have to do is log into your account and look at this week’s recipes. Spend 5-10 minutes watching the how to video that walks you through a step by step process of cooking a meal. Here is an example of one:

 

How much food is in each ThePantrySB Membership Food Box?

Depending on your needs you may select boxes of varying serving sizes. Generally each serving ranges from 400 to upwards of 800 calories per serving. This always includes the main protein usually weighing 5 ounces, vegetable side and green salad with homemade dressing. But if you want to make sure you have enough food for lunch the next day, up the serving size!

 

I received my ThePantrySB Membership Food Box, now what?

Unload your box as soon as possible and refrigerate all perishable ingredients. If the quality of any ingredient is questionable, please contact us immediately so we can fix it. Prior to preparing your meal, rinse all produce. Make sure to use proper food handling to avoid cross contamination when working with raw meat and raw vegetables.

 

What if I have serious food allergies or dietary requirements?

Although we take every effort to ensure our food is prepared safely, if you have food allergies we do not recommend you sign up for this service. We are unable to customize orders at this time and thus are unable to accommodate dietary requirements. However, because you make the food yourself. You are able to adjust the recipes to meet your dietary needs.

 

Where are the ingredients for ThePantrySB Food Box Membership sourced?

All produce and protein are sourced from local producers and purveyors. You can find most of our vendors at the Farmers Markets, and supplying your favorite restaurants with their ingredients. We highlight our local vendors that supplied the ingredients in your box in your weekly ThePantrySB membership emails.

 

Are there any important deadlines to know about?

Due to packaging and delivery requirements we have a Wednesday at midnight cutoff for the following weeks delivery. This means that after this cutoff you will be 2 weeks from your 1st delivery (so just signup now!). Any changes to your standard delivery need to be made by Wednesday at midnight prior to your scheduled delivery date to take effect the next week. This includes cancelations, suspensions for vacation, upgrades or downgrades.

 

How do I cancel?

Its as simple as logging into your account and ­­­­visiting your account profile. There is a cancel link next to your subscription. Due to packaging and delivery requirements, any changes to your standard delivery need to be made by Wednesday at midnight prior to your scheduled delivery date.

 

Can I switch meal amounts or serving sizes on ThePantrySB Food Box subscription?

It is as simple as logging into your account and ­­­­visiting your account profile. There is a Switch Subscription link in the My Subscription Section. Due to packaging and delivery requirements, any changes to your standard delivery need to be made by Wednesday at midnight prior to your scheduled delivery date.

 

I am going on vacation can I suspend my ThePantrySB Food Box subscription?

Yes, just send us an email to customerservice@ec2-52-32-39-42.us-west-2.compute.amazonaws.com. Let us know what days you will be gone and if you already renewed for those dates and we can take care of the rest! Due to packaging and delivery requirements, any changes to your standard delivery need to be made by Wednesday at midnight prior to your scheduled delivery date.

What if Tuesday deliveries do not work for me?

Unfortunately at this time we do not offer deliveries on any other day. However, we hope to be able to offer this service soon.
