The perfect side salad to any meal

We Provide
  • 1 Head romaine lettuce
  • 1 Oz. slivered almonds
  • 1 Oz. feta cheese
  • 1 Red onion
  • 2 Tablespoons red wine vinegar
You Provide
  • Salt and Pepper
  • Olive oil

Step 1

House Salad 1

Finely chop, or press, 1 clove of garlic into your salad bowl and cover with 1 tablespoon olive oil.

Step 2

Tear the leaves of romaine lettuce into bite sized pieces into the salad bowl, on top of the garlic oil.

Step 3

House Salad 3

Thinly slice the red onion, as much as you would like, and add to bowl along with almonds and crumbled feta cheese. 

Step 4

House Salad 4

Toss everything until coated with garlic oil, and then season with salt, pepper and add the red wine vinegar.

Step 5


Toss until totally combined and serve next to your meal.
