June 26, 2017May 17, 2017, Omnivore Menu, Salad, Vegetarian Description The perfect side salad to any meal We Provide 1 Head romaine lettuce 1 Oz. slivered almonds 1 Oz. feta cheese 1 Red onion 2 Tablespoons red wine vinegar You Provide Salt and Pepper Olive oil Mobile QR Code Step 1 Finely chop, or press, 1 clove of garlic into your salad bowl and cover with 1 tablespoon olive oil. Step 2 Tear the leaves of romaine lettuce into bite sized pieces into the salad bowl, on top of the garlic oil. Step 3 Thinly slice the red onion, as much as you would like, and add to bowl along with almonds and crumbled feta cheese. Step 4 Toss everything until coated with garlic oil, and then season with salt, pepper and add the red wine vinegar. Step 5 Toss until totally combined and serve next to your meal. -Enjoy!
