Pistachio’s, Goat Cheese, and Cranberry Salad

We Provide
  • ½ Green Leaf Lettuce
  • 1 Clove Garlic
  • 1 Oz. Dried Cranberries
  • 1 Oz. Goat Cheese
  • 1 Oz. Pistachios
  • 2 Tablespoons Seasoned Rice Wine Vinegar
You Provide
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper

Step 1


Press, or finely chop, the clove of garlic into the salad bowl and cover with 1 tablespoon olive oil.

Step 2


Tear or cut the green leaf lettuce into bite sized pieces into the salad bowl.

Step 3


Add cranberries, pistachios, and goat cheese to the salad bowl and toss to coat everything in the garlic oil.

Step 4


Season with salt, pepper and rice wine vinegar. Toss until combined and serve next to your meal.
