Using your stove top and oven to cook things simultaneously is clutch to getting dinner on the table on those busy days. The pot stickers take a just a few minutes on the stove top while the veggies roast away needing little attention.

We Provide
  • ½ Lbs Ground Pork
  • ¼ oz. Fresh Ginger
  • 2 Cloves Garlic
  • ½ Oz Cilantro
  • 20 Wanton Wrappers
  • ½ Lbs Sugar Snap Peas
  • ½ Lbs Snow Peas
  • 1 oz. Soy Sauce
  • ½ oz. Hoisin Sauce

  • Salt and Pepper
  • Olive Oil
  • Sauté Pan with lid
  • Medium Mixing bowl
  • Rimmed sheet pan

To start, preheat the broiler to high. While that heats up finely mine or press the garlic and ginger and combine with the ground pork in a mixing bowl. Finely chop the cilantro and add half to the pork mixture. Stir to combine and then let sit to marry the flavors.

Shuck the sugar snap peas and the snow peas and place them on a rimmed baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Set aside until ready to broil.

Assemble the pot stickers by placing a teaspoon of pork in the middle of the wanton wrapper. Dip your finger in water and run it along all 4 sides to evenly moisten the edges. Pull the sides around to seal it tightly. Pinch two sides up to create the signature pot sticker look.

Preheat sauté pan to high with 1 tablespoon olive oil. Just before the oil starts to smoke, add in your pot stickers, flat side down. Let them brown for 2 minutes. Once the pot stickers are in the pan, place veggies under hot broiler for 5 minutes.

Once the pot stickers have browned for 2 minutes, get your lid ready, and add in 1/8 cup water and quickly cover with the lid. Steam the pot stickers for 3 minutes. While the pot stickers steam, combine the soy sauce and hoisin sauce together for your dipping sauce.

Once the veggies have broiled for 5 minutes and the pot stickers have steamed for 3, its time to plate! Place half the veggies on a plate and serve pot stickers right next to them along with the dipping sauce.
