Red Leaf, Apple, and Sunflower Salad

We Provide
  • ½ Red Leaf Lettuce
  • 1 Apple
  • 1 Oz. Feta Cheese
  • 1 Oz. Sunflower Seeds
  • 2 Tablespoons Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1 Clove Garlic
You Provide
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper

Step 1


Dice the apple into small bite sized pieces.

Step 2


Press, or finely chop, the clove of garlic into the salad bowl and cover with 1 tablespoon olive oil.

Step 3


Add red leaf lettuce, diced apple to the salad bowl and toss to coat everything in the garlic oil.

Step 4


Add in sunflower seeds and feta cheese, season with salt, pepper and balsamic vinegar. Toss until combined and serve next to your meal.
